Following advice on here I am trying to run 3 times a week using Week 9 Runs again on App and Map my Run to vary routes and give stats etc.

I thought the advice of Create a habit over 12 weeks is really good!

Yes, It’s important to get used to running 30 mins before increasing distance. Just lets your body adjust to this new running lark. Enjoy. This is just the beginning of a new running journey
