Week 2 and I’m low 😢

So, after a fab week 1 and on the back of weekend break in Scotland I came home on Monday and developed a cold! So not started on week 2 yet and giving myself a rest day between is I’m now not going to complete until early next week. I need to find my mojo x

Things do get in the way - but you won’t have lost any fitness so don’t worry about that. Just get well and get back into when you’re properly better. Nice and slow when you get out there, and you should be fine.

Don't think of this being a 9 week plan, think of it as 27 runs. Lots of people take extra rest days for various reasons - you won't lose any fitness by waiting till you're better.
