Finished week 6, run 2. Must admit found it harder than the dreaded w5r3! I’m now through all of the shorter split runs and it’s a minimum of 25 mins from here on in! It’s true that training is key. One 20 min run does not make me a runner. Definitely mind over matter now...

But it’s all doable. Just remember, the tortoise is your friend. 🐢 The longer duration makes it important not to rush off in the beginning. 👍

Congratulations on completing all the split runs, once you complete run 3 of week 6, which is the first of 4/25 minute non stop runs you will be told that you are officially a runner 🏃 😊.

You’re right... one 20 doesn’t make you a runner... the tricky intervals you’ve beaten and the 25 you do next, however, do. Slow and steady, relax and believe... you got this.
