Lovely sunny Sunday run and I got to 23 minutes before I gave in. I found it really really hard today from the get go. I started too fast, I knew I hadn’t drank enough throughout the day and I haven’t ran since Tuesday which is a fair few rest days haha, it was also my first run in warmer weather, yes I know we can’t believe it’s this warm in February 😂
Going to try again Tuesday and hopefully I’ll smash 28 minutes again!! Lessons learnt at least ✅

Put that run down to experience, Lilgwood, on Monday take plenty of water, have a good sleep on Monday night, on Tuesday start run 2 of week 8 slower than you did today, that way you can complete the 28 minutes with no problems whatsoever. 😊 🏃
