So, after hand flare ups following the first 2 runs, I’m now about to try my Physio suggestion of just half the run. And a lot of hand strapping and leaving that on for 12 hours. Have to say it’s rather taken the wind out of my sails to have to do less than the rest of my body is able to do, in order to cater for my grumpy paws.
