Week 5 run 2 tonight, I managed to complete without stopping or walking before I was supposed to but I’ve developed a niggle in my right hip and groin. It’s not painful but I think it could easily become painful.
I’m going to work on some stretches tonight and during my rest day tomorrow before the 20 minute run on Friday ! My legs have been tight recently (I’m assuming it’s because I’m running for longer)

Good run... sorry to hear about the hip... hopefully better by Friday. Hydrate as well as exercising tomorrow and have a look at the strengthening exercises if you’re not already on them.
