So I did my 3rd week one run at the weekend and felt a niggle on left side of my groin. Went out and did week 2 run 1 last night and couldn’t even complete it my groin is so uncomfortable & painful that I’ve definitely pulled something!! Has anyone done this before? It’s sore.

Ouch.... yes many folk have this sort of injury...I had a pulled abductor muscle through twisting awkwardly ( not running related!) there are exercises which will help,
e.g.

but if you are in any doubt, as we are not experts, then do, please, go and checked out by an expert.
