Sorry I’ve been a little quiet! I’m still working through the program and loving it! Just finished week 7 🙌🏼 physically I’m finding it all do able I find mentally it’s more challenging! I know I can do it and I will but switching off and relaxing in to my runs I find hard. I have moments of bliss ( yes I’m shocked I can say that about running! ) where my body moves naturally but then boom, I’m thinking of every movement and over thinking how I’m feeling! Music helps but not completely! Hopefully this will change as my confidence grows even more 🙂 hope everyone else is getting on well 👏🏼

I know exactly what you mean. I have just a few moments where I switch off then I come back and wonder how I've got to that part of the park, then it's back to trying really hard to relax my shoulders, breath deeply etc.
But those brief moments make me believe that eventually I'll be able to run in a lovely smooth motion like everyone else seems to do!
I start week 8 tomorrow but having struggled round a 5k park run for my W7r3 on Saturday, I'm hoping to feel quite relieved with a 28 min run next.

Your runs are getting better Lilgwood, yes many folk agree with you regarding the mentel part more than the physical part being more challenging 😊
Onwards and upwards to week 8, those runs are only 3 minutes longer than the previous 4/25 minute runs that you have just completed. 😊 🏃
