Congratulations Jimbob on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, many people find that run very hard so you can be assured that you are not the only one who felt the way you were today. Just take all the runs slowly and keep well hydrated. Good luck for the next 9 weeks but you can repeat any of the runs or week's if you wish to. 😊 🏃

Yep. But you did it! You got out the door to run. 👏🏼 And you are very welcome here, where we are all trundling along at our own speed, hoping to get fitter. 👍 Most of us have found we can run MUCH slower than we ever imagined, and that is the key to success for many. Enjoy your runs. 😊

Welcome ! Most people leap on 1:1, legs pounding and teeth gritted, and promptly horrify themselves with their own unfitness, so don’t panic. You know where you’re really at now. Take it slow and steady, and in three weeks or so you’ll be astonished at how awful things were in week 1 ! Enjoy your journey x
I just finished week 1 the third run was the easiest for me and I had to take two rest days between 1 and 2 😱
I know what you mean !!!!
