What a gorgeous morning I had for my first Canicross out since my ‘breakage’.

One of the other runners took my Merlin and I took Taylor’s ‘bestie’ Mollie with us, and we had a whale of a time in yet more lovely woodland (at least it was one of our regular trails this time 😊)

5.9k in 56 minutes - because it was a beginners’/social run and that involves a lot of short runs before stopping to regroup.

Top speed? 4.something minutes/km.

I don’t have anything to back this up as MapMyFitness decided to be a total pain and totally eat all the workouts I’ve recorded since January 😥

Anyway, I’m calling that W6:R1 to make life simpler.

Oh I hate it when tech does that, so annoying. Sounds like a great run and what a pace with the dogs. I am impressed. Rfc x
