Out of commission this week

I'm sure I mentioned how graceful I am. It amazes me how I have a black belt sometimes lol.

I plate dropped on foot. A fairly big plate enough to make a good bruising line just before my toes. Doctor advises not to attempt jogging rowing for at 7 to 10 days.

Crying ShadowDee signing out ... lol

Thanks Buddy34 . Congratulations on the c25k. Did you feel like Rocky Balboa? I did, I wanted to do his dance after I finished completing mine but refrained myself lol
