Week 5 run 3. Can't believe I actually did it. When I first started I never in my wildest dreams thought this would be possible. The plan works. It will be my knees that stop me not my lungs! Any advice on knee supports?

Go to your local running shop. Mine measured my knee, gave me advice and let me try on several before choosing. That's probably your best bet, and get your gait tested while your there. I'm carrying a knee injury that I run despite of, that was caused by unsupportive running shoes.
Not got advice, but just wanted to say well done on completing week 5. I feel the same, 6 weeks ago I was looking at 20 mins run thinking not in a million years! I am still on high that I did it! Hope your knee holds out π€πΌ
