Advice for wk 6 run 1

just back from the 20 minute run which was ok. Really chuffed, first 5 mins tough-ish but then got in the flow and seemed to go really smoothly.

So, result on that.

My query is about week 6, the going back to walk, walk, run etc which, personally, I find more physiologically challenging, the re starting the run, again.

So, would there be any harm in, for example, just doing a 21 minute run on w6r1 then a 22 minute run on w6r1 - I mean.... what’s the argument for going back to the run, walk, run, walk etc

Thanks all, not being contrary just genuinely interested.
