Has anyone done any of the programmes on the Nike Run club - I’ve done a couple of headspace ones and have just seen they create a weekly running programme based on your goals and just wondered if anyone had done this

It's a very good app to yes and once I've completed my c25k I'll start using mine again. I trialed it a few years ago and you can also add friends on there too.
