Back again

After another week off due to the viral lurgy that is prevalent I finally finished my medication yesterday and went out first thing this morning.

And guess what ... Wk8R3 in the bag!

It was tough in parts but I was determined to do it. Bring on my last 3 runs. Can’t wait now to Graduate.
