This weeks runs have felt really short. The three minutes were surprisingly easy which I guess is testiment to this C25K plan actually working. I was just quite surprised, and a little disappointed, that it only had 4 runs and so the distance covered didn't seem very much.
Anyone else found weeks that they wish were harder?
Looking ahead to the weeks that are coming up, I might just find I post on here again wishing for an easier week

I know exactly what you mean! I finished Week 3 today n have been disappointed each time as the whole run seemed to be over in a flash n I could’ve run more. I definitely didn’t cover as much distance as previous weeks but the distance did get longer over the week. I guess it’s to be expected as we start running more than we walk n the distance will fluctuate a bit. But it’s not about the distance despite the title, it’s about having the stamina to run for 30 minutes so I’m not worrying about it too much
Well, going by your user name, you were already pretty fit when you started. This program does what it says, it gets people who do nothing, to being able to run for 30 minutes. So, the early weeks may well feel easy for you. In fact, the whole program may be easily doable for you, but it will get you to your goal, so just enjoy it! You may be one of the few who actually manage to run 5k in their first 30 minute run, how cool would that be! Life would be very boring if we were all the same.
