Gremlins

In my case this is before run and after run. The gremlins are so strong at the moment, I want to give up before I even start. But somehow the Couch25k magic kicks in and before you know it I have run continuously for 25 mins. How is this possible???!! Take that negativity gremlins!!!!

Also when Michael said ‘you are definitely a runner now’ I felt hugely emotional. He is definitely a reason to carry on!
