Finished week 1!

Giving myself permission to be proud of myself today! I had a 10 hour physical shift at work and just came home and did W1R3 - and found it way easier than the other two πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Discovered the trick is organised breathing and constant reminders to slow down!

Funny when you’re tired your brain wants it over quicker so you speed up ur running unconsciously to try and finish earlier πŸ˜‚

Maybe this whole running thing will work out!!

That’s fantastic 😊 need to do my W1R3 by Friday. I’ve started to listen to podcasts instead of music - I seem to get more engrossed in them & the time passes quickly!! X

Well done you!

That shows real determination after a 10hr shift. I'm sure you will enjoy week 2 just as much.

there's something about that little word 'running' that makes you think it should be faster. Think 'jog' instead of 'run' - it sounds slower! :^)
