Not sure how I'm going to run for 20 minutes though. Will save it til Friday as have plans Thursday night.

Now I'm scared ! On week 4 with 5 minute runs and now hear that week 5 runs are 20 mins - no way ..........
Just take it nice and slow and steady and you wil be fine. Good luck - you'll feel amazing when you've done it !
You will be fine. It does sound daunting but if you take it slow and steady you can do it. I completed week 5 run 3 this morning and I was very doubtful I could do it before I started. Stay calm and take deep breaths. Good luck!

GOOD LUCK! That's the run I'm most dreading when I look ahead. Right from week two I've had W5 Run3 appear in all my nightmares! Be positive though, I@ve every confidence you can just keep moving (albeit slowly) until the end!
How did u get on ? Starting week 6 today 😱
