Guys who is laura!! Cannot find her name anyway

Laura is one of four coaches who are on the C25K NHS App. If you go to Google play and search for the C25K NHS App and install it on your Smartphone they give you a choice of 4 coaches when you are doing the C25K training, Laura was my coach, Michael Johnston the Olympic 400 metre record holder is another coach you can choose from another 2 as well.

I don’t know her surname... she’s just one of us... she ran the plan and kept a diary. She has a few videos out there and there’s a few stories... google “nhs C25K Laura” and you’ll see more from her.

I think there was a song for her... something about a stock car race. She knows we love her. She’s probably aware of how many people run with her coaching too.

Actually there are five coaches,

Laura, Jo Whiley, Sarah Milican, Sanjeev Khol and Michael Johnston.

There is a video selling NHS C25K, on the BBC website, featuring Laura and she also is in the videos for the Strength be flex programme.

I believe she is/was an employee of NHS Choices or some branch of the NHS and I don't imagine that she wants to become a celebrity.
