I have been ill for a few days do I carry on or start wk 3 again ?

Hi Monday ( 6 days ago ) I did week 3 run 2 and then Wednesday I woke up ill. Sore throat headache chronic stomach ache felt sick very tired. I’m feel better today but I’m not sure do I repeat week 3 runs 1-2 or carry in what do other people do ? Thanks x x

As it states in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running, so when you are fully recovered, just pick up where you left off.

Run when you feel better... completely better and take the advice from IannodaTruffe carry on where you left off!
