I’d completed week3 but then just didn’t run again for a week. My own fault as was trying to adjust to going back to work after 6 months off due to surgery. So have now decided to put my mind to it and start w3r1 again tomorrow. I got so angry with myself n felt a failure. Onwards n upwards

Hi Lesley, looks like you've been dealing with a lot, so don't beat yourself up! If you don't always get out when you can, doesn't matter, just go when you are able. It always makes me feel better when I get out and run, even when it's the last thing I feel like doing.
Not a failure. You needed time to adjust and you sensibly took it. We’re all supposed to be able to do everything at once these days but none of us are designed or built to cope with that. It’s why 1 in 4 of us has a mental illness at any one time. So congratulate yourself on your common sense and enjoy your comeback x
I think that’s that’s fine. Well done for completing W3 in the first place. I would say if you miss several days then repeat the last run and, if you’re comfortable with it, move onto the next run. Well done for getting back to it so quickly!
