Note to self: remember to turn phone ringer off before setting off!

Managed to actually walk briskly on all the walking bits for the first time today. Doing the last run section facing into the 19mph wind wasnโ€™t fun though n somehow this run took 2 minutes longer than usual so I mustโ€™ve slowed down somewhere. I blame the wind! ๐Ÿ˜‚. I guess that explains how I did 1.77 miles instead of around 1.63 though ๐Ÿ˜ณ

It definitely felt easier today, wouldโ€™ve really enjoyed it if it hadnโ€™t been windy. Lost 3lbs since I started too ๐Ÿ˜

I think I finished a little further away from home than I usually do so I mustโ€™ve slowed down a bit on the way back. But I keep Strava running until I get to my house so that should account for it ๐Ÿค”
