So I’ve started Week 5, and guess what I’ve done it! I actually run for 5 minutes 3 times in 30 minutes!! Now if you had asked me if I thought that would have been possible 6 months ago, I’d have laughed at you! But this programme works!
I have been guilty of saying I’m dreading this run, next week etc and and I considered myself told off with others a few days ago, so going to trust the programme, as I do, and believe I will manage the 8 minutes run and then the 20 min run! Of course I can!!!

Congratulations, that's fantastic. I remember feeling the dread at a full 5 minute run on w5 and thinking I'm not going to be able to do this. when you look back, a few short weeks ago you'll have found w1 tough, you'll be the same looking back at w5 from w7 etc. X
