Thought I should try and make this a regular thing now; the encouragement from you guys really helped!
This is the run that was my biggest hurdle when I first attempted couch to 5k. I had to attempt it three times because physically I couldn't do it.
So today I managed it on the first attempt, and... Honestly, I found it fine. It was hurting my legs more at first but the pain soon settled down again and I just kept it slow. I picked up the pace a bit when I felt comfortable enough (mostly when overtaking people) but made sure I didn't exhaust myself.
So all in all, not a bad run, but I'm looking forward to just getting the interval runs out of the way now.

Well done to you TTG on running week 6 run 1 that is the run that catches out some people with the interval walks and runs as you discovered the first time that you ran C25K. This time you managed it very well, run 2 of week 6 is the last run of C25K that you will have some walking breaks.
Brilliant well done! I also found regular posting on here really helped because of all the support and positive advice. I really struggled with w7r1 for some reason but the great folks on here told me not to worry and I never looked back after that! Enjoy running.
