Omg I’ve just completed wk 5 r3. And really enjoyed it. Seriously it was one of my easier runs. Def easier than the early weeks. Very proud.

Enjoy your success, you earned it. Isn’t it a great feeling? One of my favourite runs of C25k.
Watch out for 6:1 and 6:2; those intervals can trick you into going out a little too fast and suffering as a result.
