Following last week's 2 runs in one day, I've struggled to get out again. But today, I determined I mustn't let this fade away, so put the kids to bed and dragged the dog out with me.

Not sure she enjoyed it - clearly she ain't as fit as she used to be either, and I'm not sure I enjoyed running along with a bag full of poop. I see many runner with their dogs, but never a runner stopped at the side of the road while their pooch poops. Maybe I need to put a nappy on her? 🙈🤣💩 🐕

Anyway, I'm soaking wet but back on track.

Great job... well done getting back out there. I also haven’t seen a runner with the scooper... there’s advice to clench the buttocks like holding a coin between the cheeks on this plan... maybe that’s mandatory on doggie C25K! 😂

Enjoy the next one mate... hopefully your dog can either get used to going early or waiting for the cooldown!
