Not been running much over last couple of weeks. Now feeling inspired as the weather has improved and the days are growing longer. Have a little niggle about aching hips too. Can running cause hip problems? Comments most welcome.

Think you can get aches and pains when starting any new exercise and when you do the longer runs you're asking more and more of your body each time . Most aches go eventually I found walking each day helped me good luck

Thank you! I did a run yesterday and paced myself. Hips are still as they were but I think it’s a bit of arthritis.
