Playing in week 4 day 1& 2 completed. I’m doing the whole thing on my treadmill over the winter. Staying off the roads until it’s warmer and lighter. I am thinking about Pace for this week I have been walking at 6k and Running at 7k warm up and cool down is a range in between. Is anyone else playing on the treadmill

I've been using my treadmill during the bad weather but I must admit I don't focus on pace when I'm on it. I just found my brisk walk and then kept going up when I found I was light jogging. I've found my pace is better in the fresh air as I do get bored on the treadmill no matter what pace I've put it at. Roll on spring and lots of lovely runs in the fresh air with the sun shining and the birds singing

Don’t worry about pace... run at conversational pace and you’re at the prime speed for your development. Enjoy your journey.
