Hello all, I’ve recentky started running but I’m finding that I get a lot of foot and ankle pain after my run due to high arches. Does anyone else have high arches? What do you do to help them?

Well done getting started. I don’t have the issue, but there’s two routes to go down. A sports physio may well be able to help, and then there’s new shoes after gait analysis in a specialist running store. You’ll almost certainly need the latter anyway, so that’s where I would start.
