W2R2 went alot better than W2R1. Knees ached a bit though but asthma was under control and i feel less tired.

Glad it went better. If your knees are protesting, try going just a little bit slower. If you can run on grass or hardcore rather than tarmac or paving, that will reduce the impact on your joints too. Well done - all the best with the next one x

Good idea ! My former driving instructor used to say “When in doubt, slow down !” I’ve found it good advice in running, and many other areas of life too 😄

Great job... enjoy run 2. Some aches and pains are to be expected... as you describe it as an ache I wouldn’t be worried. Have a look at knee strengthening exercises though.
