So I had my first run today, it was super fun, Monday is the most unlikely day to run in my environs for some reason people believe Monday is too much of a serious day for a run which makes me glad that I chose Monday, it gave me the opportunity to actually enjoy the run.

I look forward to Wednesday and I'm silently hoping I don't have any body aches.
