Did my wk7run3 last night. Thought I'd be a little more adventurous and decided to go a slightly different route. I went uphill for about 1/2 km maybe a little more(!) - then came back a different route achieving 3.1 miles and slightly over 31 minutes. Walked the last 2 minutes!!
Checked the scales this morning and I've lost a whole kilo last week - which has improved my BMI too and my V02 max also. So chuffed and pleased I'm enjoying running so much now!
