So normal duties have been resumed, including childminding for my daughter at her house. Which means I had my first early morning run through the nature reserve, since early November.
It was tipping it down - so the shelter of the trees was much appreciated - and very muddy underfoot, but definitely warmer than it has been recently.
Ultimately, a very slow and steady run for W4:R2 that included a couple of running on the spot moments to allow for doggy sniffing in the undergrowth.
How wonderful to be getting back to normal. Just take care out there in the slippy mud. No more falling over!!
