I tackled Week 4 Run 1 today and my feet have let me suffer all day... anyone give me support on good running trainers?? Much appreciated

That was exactly the point where I decided to invest...! I read the post on shoes by Iannoda Truffe and gritted my teeth and went for the gait analysis at a proper running shop. I felt like a fraud but the folks there were lovely, the analysis was not scary, and my recommended shoes were expensive but worth every penny! 😊
