Aah, there has been a bit of a gap (2 and a bit yrs). I got reeaaaalllly carried away on my last run when i made it to week 8 and tweaked something. Not sure what, it's about 4 inches above my ankle and kept tightening up when I tried to run. It still tingle occasionally but I still need to shift some inches before it's too late. Tried the gym,... Bleh.
So back to pounding the pavements. I'm being a bit soft and waiting until it's not Baltic outside. I nearly did it before so know I can do it, a bit like giving up smoking it took a few goes.
Fingers crossed 2019 is my lucky number.
