Stupid snow!

Hello fellow C25K ers! So I am getting frustrated now with the weather, I have been running every other day and am on W3R3 and am really enjoying it! My last run was on Monday and because of icy roads (and work times) I haven't been able to go any more and am worried that when I finally can go that I will have to redo some because I will have fallen off track!

Sounds like you got the bug which is good. My friend did W2 D3 over s week ago and when I asked her if she wanted to repeat it she said no. So we did W3 D1 on the hilly areas where I lived. And she did fine.

Once you're able to run do whatever your body feels to do. You might still be able to do W3 D3. You might surprise yourself. Good luck. Darned snow

Started the c25k in July and ran my first park run in October. Joined a gym from Nov due to too much rain etc so that I can run on the tread mill and keep my focus. Will cancel gym membership when weather improves.

Don’t worry too much - the occasional extended rest often brings you back refreshed and stronger. It’s simply not worth going out on ice and risking serious injury. If you can’t get access to a treadmill, the NHS Strength and Flex podcasts are helpful for maintaining fitness. Hope it all melts soon x
