Well after not doing this run twice with a walk feeling a bit fed up . Going to try again tomorrow .

Take an extra rest day.... maybe Them... when you head out again... try really hard to relax.. don't over think it... start slow, stay slow.. the longer runs are great for relaxing into
Breathe gently.. land lightly.. just think of how far you have come and enjoy! You will do this
I’m with Oldfloss, take that extra rest day and come at it with fresh legs. Relax in that warmup... tell yourself out loud that you can... and start really slowly and gently. You can do it.
I'm on the same week/day as you I have done this a few times as I have had 2/3 20 second breaks in between , don't stress about it I've realised it will happen eventually just keep trying, I will 😊😊
In the grand scheme of things a little walk in the middle is often beneficial. Just think of all the health benefits you have got with all of the running you have done. Just relax and when you're ready to do the whole run it will happen.
