I had an enforced couple of extra rest days due to DOMS after a particularly challenging (brutal!) Pilates class this week. I usually find extra rest days help though, so no problem there. Uneventful run, if a bit hard work - what I'm really loving here is that the progression is just happening. Some runs are easier than others for sure, but I'm surprising myself each time by what my little legs can do!
Foam rollered my legs into submission afterwards, as I'm chomping on the bit now the end is in sight! (Although I know the end is really just the beginning ...)
