W5 R1 in the bag - didn’t quite make sunrise but it was a gorgeous day - even sunbathers on the beach to amuse the dogs 🐕

I managed a photo during the warm up walk - we’re clearly shadows of our former selves!

Yes - the weather does make it a bit easier...... not sure how it will seem in the summer when is silly degrees!

That’s too far away to worry about now - I’m just looking forward to Monday for run 2!

They absolutely are ! An hour on the beach for Bertie - followed by 23 on the couch!
