Hi All. I’ve just completed W3 and only by the end of the last 3 minute run did I feel I had a bit of a rhythm going. Made me feel a bit more positive about W4 as I guess it’s easier to find a rhythm the longer you run for?

I think you're right... I feel like I'm starting to build up the minimum necessary musculature now, which means the runs don't feel so clunky and alien to me. I ALMOST felt like a fledgling runner this morning...
