Just found out today there a 20 week wait on the nhs for physio I am not waiting that long I’ve decided to have a injection and mri scan there going to brace the ankle then it back to work on treadmill and gym for 3 weeks then slow start c25k from the beginning again

Shame about the ankle but you sound really positive that's good . Nhs waiting times are rubbish I should know I've to wait 30 to 50 weeks to see orthopaedic doctor to get another op on my hand but what can you do but wait . Good luck

I not going to wait 22 weeks are just not going to bother with it are just try work the ankle slowly

I had to wait 6 months to see one which turned out to be pointless. With hindsight I should have just paid to go and see someone and start getting it fixed.
