I can’t believe how much I am enjoying running now. Just completed my third run for week 3 and I can honestly feel my stamina improve a little by the end of each week so far.
Today I heard the half way bell go off and actually questioned that I had been running for half the time already. I didn’t feel like I had even broken a sweat yet.
Roll on Monday for week 4 run 1.
