Week 1 R1 on Sunday was okay not easy but got there w1 r2 today could not get into a proper run felt really stiff

Well done getting started. Did you do any exercises yesterday? It’s good to keep the legs loose on rest days, only high impact leg stuff is banned. Post run stretches help too.

Thanks for the tips hadn't done anything on day in-between other than normal activities will give this a try. Read your profile it has inspired me. Well done you. Tried to do cto5k about 6 years ago and gave up after week 4 as I found it such a struggle. But feel stronger this time but unfortunately older and not as fit.
