Hi, just done week 1, run 1 and feel good for doing so only hold back was my exercise leggings needing to be hitched up every 5 seconds!! This may be due to my shape and size but does anyone have any recommendations for what to wear to run in to avoid this problem?!

I bought 3 quarter pants from sports direct and they stayed up ok until now I'm still losing weight so have to buy another pair smaller size and they are under a tenner

Running tights which have a tie cord at the waist It’s a necessity 👍.

I like mine to have ankle zips, and a generous pocket too Ron Hill, Nike 😃

Have a look at the Sturdy By Design website, great designs and you don't know they are on.

I would advise that you size up. I would also warn you that they are a bit addictive.

I mentioned them to someone here a couple of days ago, and ended up getting another pair myself!!🙄

Primark have a surprisingly good fitness range , the leggings I bought from there are comfortable & wash well and only £6.99 , the jacket is also good , has thumb holes in the sleeves and zipped pockets , I think it was about £10

Get leggings with a draw string and a hidden pocket 👌🏽 Nike do some and ASICS on ASOS

Decathalon have a reasonable range. Including fleece lined tights with a drawstring for added confidence. Under £20. If you wNt to make a statement then Tikiboo have some fab designs. A little more pricey and addictive 😉

Enjoy your running 😊

I have some Adidas winter wear leggings which are fantastic, expensive but fit like a glove and are warm and ideal for cold days. It was actually cheaper to buy online from Adidas in Germany plus shipping

than in UK!
