Can't wait to start week 7

I am itching to do it today but I have to wait until tomorrow as I only done wk6r3 yesterday!

And as tomorrow is Sunday I get to go out early and see the beautiful sun rising! I love running early weekends as it's so void of traffic and people!

I love the fact that now all the runs are 25 mins. This is the time to really consolidate the 25 mins into a normal working rythm and give the body -and mind- time to get used to it before pushing it a few minutes more and finally reaching 30 minutes.
