I am writing this with real pride, happiness and a tinge of sadness, but I graduated today. Feel so happy and totally inspired to carry on running now. Thank you to all of you who have helped me on my way, whether you know you've helped or not! I completed my final c25k with my lovely husband, 3 of my children and my dog, who all cheered me along. Onwards and upwards and happy running to you all.

No please don't try to run forever. That's not healthy. Seriously.

Congratulations! Sounds like a great run to finish on... celebrate well, and take that well deserved pride into consolidation and your future running adventures.

Well done! The sadness is intimately connected with the Stockholm syndrome that the tiny dictator in your ear has inflicted you with. Don't turn her on again, run! Run so it can't get you, because it only wants to to LISTEN MORE!!!!

Oh, and well done. 😉

Don't feel even a tinge of sadness - this is where it starts getting exciting. Enjoy!

Yes, you're right, just felt sad initially to end the plan, but now just feeling happy and excited!

I felt it too, but I'm going to check in on this forum and stay in touch. There's plenty going on here and maybe... one day...eventually I'll begin training for a 10K.
