So slowly making my way through the programme am yet to 'invest' in some running shoes but think now is the time to do so. Can anyone recommend anywhere to go as I have no clue? I don't want to be paying through the roof but equally don't want a pair of standard trainers that aren't supportive etc.
Thanks in advance!

I went to DW Sport who did a free gait test, and then recommended insoles. Altogether (inc insoles) my shoes were £50 and they are Asics! They have a big sale on still soo that was helpful x
Hi - I took the time to have a gait analysis and try out different shoes at my local running shop. It makes a big difference to comfort during a run. If you have shop locally that does this then I really recommend it.
