Just done wk1 route 2 never really ran before, ok but twinge in my back is that normal?

Welcome... great job so far.

Some aches and pains are normal. It’s worth looking at joint and core strengthening exercises and they also help the running. Enjoy your journey.

Starting to run can show up any weaknesses in your body. Plenty of core strengthening exercises will probably solve the issue.
