So, thatā€™s week 2 in the bag šŸ‘ initially it was a struggle as I had a few too many glasses of wine last night . However once I got going I blew away the cobwebs and feel better for doing it .

Three weeks ago I would never have thought about going for a run , itā€™s strange how compelling this challenge is. I donā€™t dread going out , I actually am starting to enjoy it šŸ˜®

I hope everyone else is getting on well .

Well done, I just can not run in a hangover, makes me feel worse, I know some swear by it as a cure šŸ˜€.
